PRECIOUS & RARE METALS

GOLD

Watch cases and other elements of jewelry can be manufactured on demand, individually or mass-produced.
We master all the knowledge to melt, manufacture, weld and polish this metal. All our products are made of 18-carat gold (750/1000) and this, whether the gold is yellow (2N), pink (5N) or grey.
Pure gold is a precious metal. It is the most malleable and ductile of known metals; being dense and soft at the same time. It is an excellent thermal and electric conductor. The basic tone of gold is yellow with sophisticated glints.
The melting (1064.18°C) and boiling (2856°C) points of this metal are moderately high.

PLATINUM

We use platinum to make the same elements as those made with gold.

We also master the techniques of manufacturing and coating to meet exactly the customer’s expectations.

Platinum is a precious metal, just like gold, which is known for its grey-white color. Already well-known for its hardness, its malleability and its ductility, platinum is also a highly valuable material in jewelry thanks to its resistance to tarnishing.

Its melting (1768°C) and boiling (3825°C) points are slightly higher than those of gold.

TANTALUM

Tantalum watch cases and pin buckles can be die-forged, manufactured and polished on demand, individually or mass-produced.

We acquired a certain amount of knowledge regarding the behavior of tantalum through the various stages of manufacturing.

Tantalum can be recognized mainly thanks to its blue-grey color. Its other main characteristics are its weight which is heavy and its ductility. It is a very hard metal which puts up a very high resistance to corrosion and which is also a very good heat and electric conductor.

In order to weld tantalum, we discovered the electron beam welding and we are currently able to perform it.

The melting (3016.85°C) and boiling (5457.85°C) points of tantalum are very high.

TITANIUM

Titanium watch cases, deployant clasps and bracelets can be created, manufactures and finished on demand, individually or mass-produced. The welding process of titanium is the exactly the same as the one of tantalum.

We acquired “know-how” about this metal which enables us to please our customer whatever the request.

Titanium is famous for its lightness and its metallic white shade. It is a metal which has very good mechanical properties (strength, fatigue, etc.)
